The Short Version
I spent twelve years building a company in luxury real estate. I know what it means to carry responsibility. To make decisions when the stakes are high. To lead teams through uncertainty.
Then I walked away from it. Not because it failed. Because I wanted to do work that goes deeper.
Now I coach executives, entrepreneurs, and women navigating complex leadership transitions. I bring business credibility without business detachment. Psychological depth without therapeutic distance. Warmth without softness.
I am certified through the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy: business coaching, team coaching, Wingwave. I hold a degree in Communication Management. I have done over a decade of training in neuropsychological methods.
But credentials are not why people work with me. They work with me because I see what others miss. And I say what others avoid.
What I Stand For
What Working With Me Is Like
Structured but not rigid. Deep but not heavy. Warm but not soft.
I listen for what is not said. I trust that you have the answers within you. I do not fix or advise. I accompany. I hold space. I ask questions that open doors.Real development is not about becoming someone else. It is about removing what obscures who you already are.
For me, coaching does not mean “higher, faster, further,” but more conscious, clearer, more self-determined. My goal is not only to provide you with new strategies, but to empower you to better manage your inner resources, act more courageously, and lead yourself more clearly.
My role is to support that uncovering. With presence. With patience. With whatever the moment requires.
True success begins within
Over the past few years, I have repeatedly dealt with companies where—from the outside—everything seemed to be running perfectly. Motivated teams. High sales. Impressive financial success.
Only at second glance and upon closer inspection did I realize that all that glitters is not gold.
Team communication, conflict management, the relationship between managers and employees—often, these companies had problems that were not immediately apparent. Because the “beautiful appearance” prevailed at first.
Coming from the real estate industry, the sustainable success of the many great companies in this sector is honestly close to my heart.
At the same time, I am deeply convinced that true success at all levels is only possible if the optimal alignment of teams within the company is given the priority it deserves. Why settle for the handbrake on when you can go full throttle?
Actually, it’s not about me at all. It’s about you – and your company’s success.
Coaching: an often underestimated driver of company success
One thing is certain: coaching is not an end in itself. My highly practical approach ensures that all methods and techniques can be integrated directly into everyday work. Because real impact goes far beyond completing a few time-management exercises.
What matters to me is application. I consider coaching successful only when what has been learned is put into practice and leads to sustainable improvements in processes, structures, and—most importantly—team collaboration.
And sustainability doesn’t happen overnight. Lasting change rarely comes from a single coaching impulse. That’s why we reinforce progress through targeted follow-up and commitment sessions, peer coaching formats, and structured feedback loops. This ensures that the impact endures and that team dynamics evolve in a measurable and meaningful way.
We don’t just sense this progress – we measure it. Continuous evaluations, employee feedback, and qualitative interviews allow us to track development and adjust the process as needed.
What working with me looks like
Actually, this isn’t really about me. It’s about you – and your business success.
