Then I walked away from it. Not because it failed. Because I wanted to do work that goes deeper.

Now I coach executives, entrepreneurs, and women navigating complex leadership transitions. I bring business credibility without business detachment. Psychological depth without therapeutic distance. Warmth without softness.

I am certified through the Dr. Bock Coaching Academy: business coaching, team coaching, Wingwave. I hold a degree in Communication Management. I have done over a decade of training in neuropsychological methods.

What drives me

True success begins within

Over the past few years, I have repeatedly dealt with companies where—from the outside—everything seemed to be running perfectly. Motivated teams. High sales. Impressive financial success.

Only at second glance and upon closer inspection did I realize that all that glitters is not gold.

Team communication, conflict management, the relationship between managers and employees—often, these companies had problems that were not immediately apparent. Because the “beautiful appearance” prevailed at first.

Coming from the real estate industry, the sustainable success of the many great companies in this sector is honestly close to my heart.

At the same time, I am deeply convinced that true success at all levels is only possible if the optimal alignment of teams within the company is given the priority it deserves. Why settle for the handbrake on when you can go full throttle?

Actually, it’s not about me at all. It’s about you – and your company’s success.

One thing is certain: coaching is not an end in itself. My highly practical approach ensures that all methods and techniques can be integrated directly into everyday work. Because real impact goes far beyond completing a few time-management exercises.

What matters to me is application. I consider coaching successful only when what has been learned is put into practice and leads to sustainable improvements in processes, structures, and—most importantly—team collaboration.

My name is Nadine Lehmann. Even in my early days, I had a clear passion for communication – and real estate.
Admittedly, this direct connection was not immediately obvious to little Nadine. Looking back, it is all the more so: even back then, my mother was a passionate coach and had the largest private library I could ever imagine. Naturally, it was filled with lots of fascinating reading material on all kinds of interpersonal communication – and as an absolute bookworm, I was right in the middle of it all from a very early age.
Because even at the beginning of my life, I was fascinated by why people interact with other people in certain ways and what factors control our (communication) behavior.
Today, I can rightly say that this passion has remained with me without exception!
During my childhood, it felt like we were constantly moving house. What I gained most from this time was my keen eye for the smallest details. Yes, I could probably still reconstruct every single floor plan from back then!
And it didn’t stop there—I also regularly indulged my passion for interior design. My enjoyment of spatial planning, coupled with my keen sense of aesthetics, suggested early on that I would have a future in real estate.
My decade-long career as an entrepreneur in the luxury real estate sector fueled my passion for this field. Until I realized at some point: even if real estate is to remain an important part of my professional life, I need a new challenge.
I was aware that the real estate industry is as dynamic as it is demanding. The question of success or failure depends not only on a manager’s market knowledge and strategic decisions, but also, to a large extent, on the human circumstances in various teams.
With this absolute clarity in mind, I trained and became certified as a business and team coach at the renowned Dr. Bock Coaching Academy (DBCA).
My goal is to effectively support executives and board members in real estate companies in optimizing their internal processes, strengthening their employees’ conflict resolution skills, and thus noticeably and measurably boosting the overall success of the company.
How do I pursue this passion? Professionally, sympathetically, and sometimes extremely directly! Because at the end of the day, it takes competence and warmth to achieve the best long-term results together with your team.
