Real Estate Expert | Communicator | Certified Business and Team Coach DBCA
DMost managers/executives in real estate companies that I accompany on their path to success typically face the following three challenges:
Particularly in times of change, they see their employees confronted with overload, frustration, and uncertainty regarding their business-related future.
They struggle with the flawed communication in their teams and are forced to deal with the negative impact these internal conflicts have on the overall success of their companies.
Worst case, they face a noticeable drop in sales – because sooner or later, deficiences inside a team are bound to harm a company’s perception on the outside.
After more than ten years as a successful entrepreneur in luxury real estate, I have come to the following conclusion:
Consistently underestimating the significance of promoting the development of stable teams, structures, and processes for long-term corporate success most often results in a real nuisance – for the leader/senior manager, employees and the entire company.
Premium Support for your Teams
Realizing this enabled me to develop my ultimate mission:
I support visionary real estate companies in getting the very most out of their teams – to ensure a successful corporate future at all levels.
Because professional, economic, and human success are no coincidence. Most frequently, they’re the logical result of real integrity and the constant and concerted effort to create teams performing at their best in every respect.
There are times when this effort primarily involves recognizing: We can’t go on like this.
But to be very honest: Realizing the need for change is only one first little step. Transforming this knowledge into specific measures for genuine advancement is where the magic happens. If this is the challenge you currently face, let’s talk!
Together, we’ll take a closer look at the current challenges you and your company are facing and develop a viable strategy that will help you to significantly improve the performance, targeted and yet respectful communication, and team spirit among your employees.

REAL Success is what matters!
Over the last few years, I’ve repeatedly dealt with real estate companies where – from the outside – everything seemed to be running perfectly. Motivated teams. High turnover. Financial success that spoke for itself.
Only at second glance did I realize: All that glitters is not gold.
Communication patterns within the team, their way of dealing with conflicts, the relationship between managers and employees – very often, things were in dire straights and yet hardly recognizable as nobody really dared to speak up.
Knowing my way around real estate, I am genuinely passionate about corporate success in this field and give my very best to achieve this success in collaboration with so many brilliant companies.
At the same time, I am deeply convinced that true success at all levels is only possible if aligning a company’s teams with its long-term goals takes top priority. Why leave the handbrake on when you can hit the ground running?
Coaching is not an end in itself
The fact of the matter is: Coaching is no end in itself. By means of my highly practice-oriented coaching approach, I consistently assure that all relevant methods and techniques are implemented to immediately improve the workflow in your daily business. Let me be clear: Coaching is not just about completing a few time management exercises. Sustainable success requires sustainable support. For this reason, I can’t consider myself satisfied until I witness these changes being put into practice to improve your team’s overall situation. To ensure this, it is crucial to make use of the measures provided as one of the most meaningful parts of my coaching – to sustainably improve processes, structures, and, above all, the way you work together as a team.
Speaking of sustainability: In order to achieve long-term changes, it’s basically never sufficient to provide a few casual coaching impulses within the frame of an afternoon workshop. It usually takes more: Targeted follow-up/commitment sessions, peer coaching programs, and feedback rounds help us to ensure that the effects of my coaching remain upright in the long term and that the dynamic in your team continually improves every single day.
Needless to say, it’s not just about feeling these positive developments. It’s about measuring them: By means of continuous evaluations along the process by means of employee feedback and qualitative interviews.
Based on the feedback and observed progress, I flexibly adapt my coaching measures to consistently meet the needs of your team members and guarantee the greatest possible impact on your team.
