In my coaching, I combine proven methods with a clear focus on your inner strength and development. I work with Wingwave®, an effective short-term coaching method for specifically resolving mental blocks and performance stress. It helps to restore emotional balance and expand your scope for action.
Another central component is COLOUREM®, an innovative approach to working with emotions, inner control, and unconscious patterns. You gain access to deeper levels of self-regulation—for greater inner freedom and authentic action.
For structured self-reflection, we use exercises based on the Logical Levels of Change. These help you gain clarity about your goals, values, roles, and identity—and anchor change in a sustainable way.
My work is based on a systemic approach and is always resource-oriented. This means we work in a solution-focused way, with your potential in mind—not with the past, but with what is possible now.
